With more than three decades of structural engineering experience, Paul has built a distinguished career delivering innovative, high-performance solutions for complex projects across a wide range of markets. Since joining EwingCole in 2020, he has served as a trusted technical leader, helping advance the firm’s integrated engineering practice while contributing to some of its most complex and impactful projects.
In his new role, Paul will lead EwingCole’s multidisciplinary engineering practice, focusing on uniting engineering talent and resources across offices, advancing technical excellence, and expanding the firm’s national engineering presence. He will also help identify new opportunities for engineering-led and engineering-prime pursuits, broadening the ways EwingCole delivers value to clients and competes in the marketplace.

His ability to navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining project momentum has made him a valued partner to clients and colleagues alike.
Among the projects that exemplify Paul’s leadership are United Therapeutics’ WARP10 manufacturing facility, WuXi STA‘s laboratory and manufacturing facilities, and the Olsen Family Patient Care Pavilion at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. WARP 10 stands out as one of EwingCole’s first mass timber projects to be designed and constructed, showcasing both innovation and technical sophistication.
