As President, Jason is responsible for translating EwingCole’s strategy into clear priorities and consistent outcomes across the firm. He focuses on strengthening the firm’s offices by investing in local leadership, improving coordination across teams, and ensuring the strategy is effectively executed. His work centers on building a more connected and scalable organization that supports growth, reinforces culture, and delivers a high standard of performance across all markets.
Jason is a principal and mechanical engineer with more than two decades of experience delivering complex projects across the healthcare, science and technology, and civic sectors. Since joining EwingCole in 1999 as an intern, he has developed a strong foundation in engineering systems design, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance environments that meet both technical requirements and user experience goals.
Jason has also contributed to firmwide innovation efforts, serving as a net-zero facilitator on EwingCole’s first net-zero energy building, Unisphere. His work reflects a commitment to integrating sustainable design strategies with practical engineering solutions that improve building performance and resilience.
Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Drexel University. He is a member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering and the Association of Energy Engineers.
