With more than three decades of structural engineering experience, Paul has built a distinguished career delivering innovative, high-performance solutions for complex projects across a wide range of markets. Since joining EwingCole in 2020, he has served as a trusted technical leader, helping advance the firm’s integrated engineering practice while contributing to some of its most complex and impactful projects.
As Director of Engineering, Paul focuses on uniting engineering talent and resources across offices, advancing technical excellence, and expanding the firm’s national engineering presence. Paul’s approach to engineering is rooted in collaboration, creativity, and practical problem-solving. He believes engineers should be active participants in the design process from the earliest stages of a project, helping shape solutions that are efficient, resilient, and aligned with client goals. His ability to navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining project momentum has made him a valued partner to clients and colleagues alike.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Drexel University. He is an active member of the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers, where he serves on the board of directors and is a past president.
