As a project designer and architect at EwingCole, Xiao works on a wide range of healthcare projects that help to shape the individual experience and collective environment with the highest quality and creative solutions.

Xiao’s extraordinary intention in design is concerned with elevating user experience at different scales. He enjoys working closely with clients to develop a shared vision and strategy and leads projects from design concept to space planning, to defining architectural spatial quality and details to ensure every project achieves its fullest potential.

He received his degree in architecture from Syracuse University. Together with other leaders, he works to recruit talent for EwingCole’s New York City office and provides training for emerging professionals.
