William​ M. Hawk 3rd, AIA, LEED AP



Bill is a senior project architect and planner in the healthcare practice directing projects from inception and planning through documentation and construction. By working with our clients across and through all phases of their projects, Bill provides consistency of direction and team coordination leading to successful outcomes for the owner, the users, and project visitors. Bill endeavors to have project teams work consistently and holistically giving balanced design effort to planning, documentation and construction activities throughout the life of the project.


Bill enjoys the diversity of project types that define the healthcare market and has worked on everything from campus master plans to delicate renovations in existing departments. He has worked on complicated perioperative additions and expansions, advanced NICU and other patient care suites, various imaging modalities, conference and hospitality areas as well as utility plants, office buildings and parking garages.


He has been involved in projects for healthcare clients for over 30 years beginning in 1984. He graduated with a Bachelors in Architecture from UC in 1988. Bill is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the AIA.
