As Director of Engineering, Roger’s role is to advance firm-wide initiatives for all the company’s engineering disciplines. He collaborates with the Director of Architecture to further initiatives that promote interdisciplinary efforts, including technology, Thrive@EC, design excellence, and staff development.

Before joining EwingCole, Roger founded and operated a fire protection engineering firm for ten years. His 20 years of experience as a fire protection engineer has positioned him well for the Director of Operations role at an integrated design firm. As leader of EwingCole’s life safety/fire protection discipline, Roger has a gained a comprehensive understanding of our clients, diverse project types, project teams and the necessary coordination across disciplines.
