As Director of Operations, Roger’s role is to advance firm finances, develop staff, and oversee project management and product delivery throughout the firm. His primary responsibility is assisting the team leaders and practice directors to build strong teams and position our talent to grow and succeed in a market and expertise based practice.
Before joining EwingCole, Roger founded and operated a fire protection engineering firm for ten years. His 20 years of experience as a fire protection engineer has positioned him well for the Director of Operations role at an integrated design firm. As leader of EwingCole’s life safety/fire protection discipline, Roger has a gained a comprehensive understanding of our clients, diverse project types, project teams and the necessary coordination across disciplines.
