Howard is a nationally recognized expert in the master planning and design of facilities for a variety of research, corporate, and institutional clients. His cross-market training focuses on setting priorities and building consensus on project issues, achieving an optimal balance between program needs, design, environmental systems, and cost.

Howard frequently presents at industry conferences, including NeoCon, Tradeline, I2SL, and the Healthcare Facility Symposium. The design industry recognizes his projects and featured them in a variety of publications.   Howard is a member of the American Institute of Architects and joined the firm in 1984. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Masters of Architecture from Princeton University.
