As the Director of Administrative Services, Christian accomplishes business needs of the firm, across a range of operational functions. With the aid of administrative staff in each office, Christian and his team provide a variety of business support to each discipline ranging from travel to specifications to all aspects of office management.


Christian prides himself on being a results-oriented problem solver who will always offer a solution. He strives to build a reliable team that is adept at working independently to achieve company objectives. Christian’s goal for administrative services is to keep business running smoothly internally so our architects, designers, and engineers can focus on our clients.


Christian has been providing high-level customer service leadership across a range of business operations functions for ten years in professional services industries. After nearly two decades of production management in marketing, Christian became the vice president of operations at a small marketing agency, where he increasingly performed multiple roles, including IT, HR, and vendor relationship management.
