The Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono provides a full line of cancer treatment services to patients. Their mission is to provide the most technologically advanced cancer therapy and treatment to offer every patient the optimal chance for cure. The new, 65,000 sf Cancer Center features carefully selected therapeutic design elements such as generous outdoor views of peaceful, natural surroundings; soothing interior colors and textures; a healing garden with walkable paths; and a covered vehicular drop-off entrance. These features combine to create a calming, healing environment for both patients and caregivers.
