EwingCole Announces New Shareholders
PHILADELPHIA, PA (January 2025) – EwingCole is proud to announce the addition of four exceptional professionals to our group of Shareholders.
- Casey Gallagher, AIA
Casey is an accomplished architect, planner, and project manager with extensive experience and a proven track record of guiding museums and cultural institutions through every stage of planning, design, and construction. With a deep dedication to understanding the influence of the built environment, Casey has cultivated expertise through collaboration with a diverse range of organizations spanning various scales and types. Casey has contributed to industry knowledge, authoring white papers and presenting at conferences, including for the Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections, American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, and Collections: A Journal for Museums and Archives Professionals. Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids and stays active through high-intensity workouts and tennis.
- Johan Kvist, PE
Johan is an actively engaged engineer who has gained valuable experience in process technologies and clean utilities for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. He enjoys each stage of design, from planning to detailed engineering design to feasibility studies.
- Ashley Mazziotta, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
An experienced architect and project manager, Ashley excels at navigating complex projects, various delivery methods, multidisciplinary teams, and critical project schedules. She is passionate about creating spaces enhancing the athlete experience, fostering community, and promoting optimal athletic performance and recovery. As a former student-athlete, Ashley uniquely understands the challenges and rewards of participating in collegiate sports. She leverages her experiences to champion collaborative teamwork, foster a positive, high-achieving environment, and develop and mentor future women leaders in the sports architecture industry. Ashley enjoys pursuing an active life outside of work alongside her fiancée, Elle.
- Kate Mondock, PE, LEED AP
As an engineer, Kate has been pivotal in some of EwingCole’s most advanced science and technology projects. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical, vivarium, and research laboratories. She has a passion for sustainability and is most proud of her involvement in the design of net-zero energy facilities.
