Ewing Cole

A 370,000 sf patient care pavilion, which includes a 30-bed state of the art critical care unit and 60 medical/surgical beds. A new arrival area and lobby will guide patients and families into the pavilion, which will provide 16 state-of-the-art operating rooms for open-heart, neurological, orthopedic and general surgical cases. Also included in the project is the renovation of 35,000 sf of the existing hospital to house a 16-bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit and a 44-room Emergency Department. The pavilion provides 5 shelled floors that can accommodate 12 cardiac cath, angiographies, and EP labs as well as 120 patient beds in a future phase.
