As Vice President, Sara leads EwingCole’s expertise and talent initiatives, supporting employee growth and development. She focuses on strengthening recruitment, onboarding, and career development, while expanding mentorship and training opportunities across the firm. Her work centers on fostering an environment where individuals can grow, contribute, and build long-term careers, reinforcing the culture and talent base that support EwingCole’s continued success.

As Principal and the Director of the Science + Technology Practice, Sara manages complex projects and teams nationally.  She has experience in programming, planning, and managing major projects through all phases of design and construction. Since joining EwingCole in 2001, she has developed deep expertise in translating highly technical program requirements into flexible, high-performance facilities that support evolving scientific needs.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Jefferson University and has resided in EwingCole’s Philadelphia, Irvine & Wayne offices. She is a registered architect in multiple states, an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Professional Women in Construction (PWC) Philadelphia Chapter.
