As Senior Vice President, Aitor is responsible for advancing EwingCole’s development strategy and strengthening client relationships across the firm. He focuses on positioning the firm to pursue the right opportunities, centers on building a more proactive, coordinated approach to growth, supporting long-term client engagement, and expanding the firm’s national presence.
Aitor is a principal with more than two decades of experience in the science and technology sector, where he has led complex projects integrating technical performance and design excellence. Since joining EwingCole in 1998, he has developed a deep understanding of delivering high-performance environments that support advanced research, manufacturing, and life sciences operations.
Throughout his career, Aitor has helped strengthen EwingCole’s presence in the science and technology sector while supporting broader firmwide initiatives focused on growth, client engagement, and strategic positioning, bringing a distinctive lens to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
