Principal, Director of Government Practice
A principal of the firm, John has over 26 years of expertise in project leadership, planning, construction contracting methods, and project delivery. He has been actively involved in the management of large, technically sophisticated projects and teams, both for DoD clients and those in the private sector. This experience allows John to bring best practice solutions to each and every project. He has written and spoken on planning, design and management issues.
Mark offers extensive project experience, giving him a strong technical, design, and managerial background in a diverse range of project types. Through extensive work with various governmental agencies, he brings working knowledge of Indefinite Quantity-type contracts, Design/Build delivery methods, and is familiar with USACE construction specifications, publications, and reference standards.
Steph’s experience includes project programming, project planning, building design and development, detailed technical design and the production of contract documents for governmental and institutional facility projects. He facilitates communication between the client and project team and assumes responsibility for the quality of work delivered and services performed. He has worked on many integrated sustainable design success stories.
Principal, Director of Energy Management
Jason is a mechanical engineer and certified energy manager with experience in system development, master planning, energy analysis, energy conscious and net zero design, and life cycle cost analysis. His HVAC design experience encompasses air and water distribution, central chiller and steam plant design, campus cooling and heating systems and thermal storage systems. Jason is responsible for all phases of project design from inception through completion including schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration duties.
