Steve is Director of the Science & Technology Practice focusing on the firm’s planning and design efforts for laboratory and manufacturing projects for biopharmaceutical, education, and healthcare clients.
He is a specialist in the planning and design of research laboratories including buildings that combine research and clinical space for the benefit of patients and science. He has delivered high-quality projects in 15 states in the US plus Portugal, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Steve believes in the power of teamwork and the practice, as well as its clients, have benefited from this collaborative approach.
Steve received a Masters of Architecture degree from Yale University, following a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky. He has been a licensed architect since 1982, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. He has been with EwingCole for seven years.
