Joe is the Director of Corporate Finance at EwingCole who brings a wealth of expertise in guiding the firm through complex financial landscapes. Since 1990, he has developed a deep understanding of the architecture and engineering industries, allowing him to provide valuable insights into cost management, resource allocation, and investment strategies.

Joe works closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with the company’s business goals, enabling the firm to successfully navigate both market challenges and opportunities. His extensive experience includes filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal agencies as well as initial public offerings of both debt and equity securities.  His client service activities include several merger and acquisition transactions.

Joe holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
