As Director of Quality Assurance, Jim brings decades of expertise that span construction specifications, quality assurance, and field construction administration and coordination, as well as in building code analysis and life safety code analysis and documentation. He has played a key role in the successful implementation of quality assurance programs across a wide range of complex healthcare facilities throughout the region—each project benefiting from his detail-oriented approach and deep understanding of clinical environments.

In addition to his strengths in construction quality oversight, Jim is highly regarded for his specialized knowledge in building and life safety code compliance. His ability to bridge technical code analysis with real-world field application makes him a trusted resource across disciplines, helping project teams anticipate challenges and maintain quality outcomes from concept through closeout.

James is a registered architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a past-president of the American Institute of Architects and former director of the Construction Specifications Institute.
