Clinical Lab & Office

Birmingham, AL

IN8bio, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering cellular cancer therapies, continues to grow its portfolio of gene-modified and chemotherapy-resistant T-cell therapies. With the expansion of its research initiatives, the company needed to centralize its scientific operations and create space for future growth.

To meet this need, IN8bio selected the Martin Biscuit Building, a historic 1928 warehouse in Birmingham, Alabama, as the location for its research and development hub. The project called for a complete interior transformation into a modern biotechnology lab while preserving the site’s character.
