Alcon, a global leader in eye care, developed the Experience Center in Fort Worth, Texas, to support its mission of enhancing quality of life through innovative vision solutions. Alcon needed a facility that would unify its Surgical, Ophthalmic Pharmaceuticals, and Vision Care divisions under one roof to provide hands-on training and educational opportunities.
To meet this goal, Alcon launched its first fully integrated eye health training and education center. The 36,000-square-foot facility delivers immersive learning experiences using cutting-edge technology and simulation-based instruction. Visitors, including eye care professionals and international trainees, gain direct access to optometric suites, wet labs, and advanced cataract and LASIK equipment designed to mirror real-world environments.
The center also supports Alcon’s STEM initiatives by hosting students and fostering interest in eye care through interactive learning. Classroom, breakout, and conference spaces accommodate groups of all sizes, while a 150-seat auditorium enables larger training sessions and events.
With its immersive design and advanced functionality, the Experience Center serves as a global hub for innovation, education, and excellence in eye care.
