Since joining the firm in 2012, he has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including new construction and renovation in the challenging New York marketplace and beyond. Known for his refined sense of design, Xiao helps to guide clients and project teams from vision to completion.

Xiao brings a distinctive lens to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and is LEED-Accredited in Building Design+Construction.
