Taylor is an electrical engineer and lighting designer who specializes in creating lighting solutions for sports, entertainment, higher education, and cultural facilities. Since joining EwingCole full-time in 2019, following a summer internship with the firm in 2018, she has contributed to a diverse range of projects that balance performance, energy efficiency, visual comfort, and architectural intent. Her portfolio includes work for the Philadelphia Phillies, the New York Mets, the United States Military Academy at West Point, the University of Pennsylvania, North Carolina State University, Major League Baseball, and Live Nation.

Beyond project work, Taylor actively supports the growth of future design professionals through EwingCole’s mentorship program and annual recruiting efforts. She regularly engages with college students through career fairs, industry events, and lighting-focused outreach opportunities. Taylor also provides lighting leadership within EwingCole’s MEP 2040 initiative, helping advance the firm’s commitment to energy-efficient and sustainable building systems.

Taylor earned both a Master of Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2019. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Delaware, holds NCQLP Lighting Certified credentials, and is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), Women in Lighting + Design (WILD), and MEP 2040. Her work has been recognized with three Illuminating Engineering Society awards over the past three years.
