Roger is a Fire Protection Engineer at EwingCole. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has contributed to a diverse range of projects across all practices. Known for his technical leadership, Roger helps guide teams from concept through completion.
Before joining EwingCole, Roger founded and operated a fire protection engineering firm for ten years. He has a comprehensive understanding of client needs, diverse project types, team dynamics, and the necessary coordination across disciplines.
As the firm’s Director of Engineering, Roger works to advance firm-wide initiatives for all engineering disciplines. He collaborates closely with the Director of Architecture to promote interdisciplinary efforts, including design excellence, technology, and staff development.
Roger brings a rigorous approach to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering – Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee.
