As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Peter leads EwingCole’s Operations Initiative. In this role, he is responsible for strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver work at scale, ensuring that operational systems, processes, and teams support consistent, high-quality outcomes across every office.
Peter brings extensive experience in structural engineering and operational leadership, with a focus on aligning people, process, and performance. His work has centered on improving coordination across disciplines, establishing clear delivery frameworks, and advancing strategies that support both project execution and organizational growth. His experience spans government, healthcare, and institutional markets, where he has contributed to complex projects that require technical rigor and disciplined delivery. Known for his analytical approach, Peter translates operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions that improve how teams work together.
Peter joined EwingCole in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Villanova University.
