Oscar is a Principal and project manager at EwingCole with a focus on healthcare projects. Since joining the firm in 2000 as a structural engineer, he has contributed to a diverse range of work, successfully managing key projects for several of the firm’s most prominent clients.
Known for his technical leadership and adept management skills, Oscar helps guide teams from concept through completion, confirming goals, establishing values, and setting milestones to meet schedule requirements.
Since 2020, Oscar has also served as EwingCole’s Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In this capacity, he champions diverse perspectives and viewpoints, fostering more thoughtful design responses.
Oscar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
