
Leslie is a Principal at EwingCole with a focus on healthcare planning and design and a specialty in pediatric care environments. Since joining the firm in 2009, she has provided her expertise on projects for Nemours Children’s Health, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, among many others. She brings insight and energy to highly complex designs requiring detailed coordination between structure, equipment and engineering.
Leslie believes that great design elevates the daily experience for patients, practitioners, and families. Her attention to detail and commitment to functional and friendly spaces ensure that her designs meet the needs of each user group. She is a frequent presenter of her healthcare design approach at conferences such as the Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo and has had her work on pediatric design published in several magazines.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. She also is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and is accredited and certified in Evidence-based Design.
