David is a Managing Principal at EwingCole in our Baltimore with decades of practice management with a concentration on professional service practice strategy, innovations in project delivery, technology optimization, and team building. David provides creative design solutions and applies pragmatic management principles to all of his projects.

The scope of David’s experience encompasses complex project types, including mixed-use and residential buildings, commercial offices, public and private primary and higher education schools and universities, and sports and recreational complexes. He has several repeat clients, including Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Baltimore City Public Schools, and Calvert Hall College High School.

David is a dynamic community activist, serving as a member, committee chair, or leader for a variety of local and national organizations. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
