Conrad Talley
AIA
Principal

A multifaceted architect with a focus on the Education practice at EwingCole, Conrad leads collaborative efforts with colleagues, consultants, builders, and clients to set goals and define priorities at all stages of our projects. His extensive project experience positions him as an expert in architectural technology, project delivery, and equips him to bring a collective vision into reality.

The knowledge that the built environment shapes the human experience at scales from urban environments down to the smallest detail is Conrad’s ever-present inspiration. He takes a relentless but iterative approach to translate design concepts into places that exhibit the craft of architecture. Conrad specializes in academic projects including dormitories, dining, study areas, fitness centers, indoor and outdoor recreation, classrooms, and conference spaces.

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University in ‘99, Conrad continues to stay connected to academic practice as a guest critic at several design schools. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Construction Owners Association of America (COAA), Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), and Association for Learning Environments (A4LE).
