
Chris is a Principal at EwingCole with a focus on healthcare facilities. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has been responsible for the design of electrical facilities for a wide variety of projects, from the overall development and coordination of electrical systems, including systems evaluations and master planning, to the design of all typical electrical systems, including telephone and data systems wiring.
Chris has extensive experience as the lead electrical engineer for the design of power distribution, lighting, and communication systems for complex medical projects. He brings a detailed approach in concert with a deep understanding of engineering best practices. His innovative and cost-effective design solutions for power distribution systems include coordination, energy management, and power quality. As a Principal, Chris provides his technical expertise to his team, overseeing the electrical designs, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning engineering strategies with firm-wide goals.
Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
