As Director of Plumbing Engineering, Bridget leads EwingCole’s plumbing practice, guiding the technical direction of the discipline while mentoring the next generation of engineers and designers. She is committed to building a collaborative, high-performing team where technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are part of everyday practice. By fostering consistency across projects and investing in her team’s growth, she helps deliver thoughtful engineering solutions that support both clients and the firm’s long-term success.

With more than a decade of experience, Bridget has delivered complex projects across the healthcare, science & technology, and civic markets. Since joining EwingCole in 2024, she has partnered closely with multidisciplinary teams to design plumbing systems that balance performance, efficiency, sustainability, and the unique needs of each project.

Beyond project work, Bridget is passionate about mentorship and advancing the engineering profession. She actively supports community outreach initiatives and enjoys helping young engineers develop both their technical skills and professional confidence. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and a belief that strong teams produce the best solutions.

Bridget earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and is an active member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
