Aitor is a Principal at EwingCole and the Director of Life Sciences with a focus on Science and Technology manufacturing projects and he founded the firm’s process and instrumentation/controls engineering team. Since joining the firm in 1998, as a Structural Engineer Team Leader for the Healthcare and Science and Technology groups, he contributed his expertise in structural engineering involving applications in healthcare, pharmaceutical, research and development, and corporate industries. Aitor has led, both nationally and internationally, some of the most significant pharmaceutical projects for medical device, aseptic filling, chemical, and cell therapy manufacturing.

Aitor enjoys working collaboratively with clients and other design professionals to find architectural/engineering solutions that complement the goals of the project by providing integrated solutions across disciplines. He thrives in complex projects where speed to market is one of the main project drivers.

Aitor brings a distinctive lens to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
