What We Do
- The A/E/C industry continues to face challenges in achieving greater diversity. While progress has been made, there is still room for improvement.
- EwingCole believes that our differences allow us to thrive and that diverse perspectives and backgrounds lead to better products for our clients.
- We see it as our responsibility to extend our resources to create opportunities for everyone and to have a successful career in A/E/C.
How We Do It
- Our DEI Council is a collective of diverse voices, perspectives, and professional experience levels that develop policy recommendations for EwingCole leadership designed to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Through social events, education, and information sharing, EwingCole provides the space for our team members to connect, interact in a safe and constructive environment, and gain a deeper understanding of one another’s diverse perspectives and experiences.
- EwingCole’s DEI program upholds the principles of equity, ensuring everyone receives the platform, support, and access to the resources necessary for success.
