How We Do It

  • Our DEI Council is a collective of diverse voices, perspectives, and professional experience levels that develop policy recommendations for EwingCole leadership designed to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Through social events, education, and information sharing, EwingCole provides the space for our team members to connect, interact in a safe and constructive environment, and gain a deeper understanding of one another’s diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • EwingCole’s DEI program upholds the principles of equity, ensuring everyone receives the platform, support, and access to the resources necessary for success.
