Chuck is a Regional Director of Engineering at EwingCole with a deep understanding of building systems and a hands-on approach that empowers team members to grow while delivering high quality designs. Since joining the firm in 2021, as a mechanical and plumbing engineer, Chuck has contributed to projects spanning multiple markets, including academic, athletics, government, and healthcare projects. Known for his technical experience in HVAC, code compliance, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems, Chuck helps guide teams from early vision through final execution.

In his role as Regional Director of Engineering, Chuck brings a collaborative leadership style shaped by a strong foundation in mechanical engineering. He leads multidisciplinary teams with a focus on integration, innovation, and shared success and works closely with architects, structural engineers, and specialty consultants to ensure seamless coordination and quality solutions across all project phases.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and an Associate in Science: Engineering from Ocean County College.
