Richard is a Project Architect at EwingCole with a focus on healthcare design. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has contributed to a diverse range of projects, bringing his interest in fine art to the practice of architecture. Known for his conceptual thinking, Richard helps guide teams from concept through completion.
With a design philosophy rooted in storytelling, Richard believes that design should reflect the identity, of the provider. His work often blends bold forms with intuitive layouts, creating environments that are emotionally resonant yet highly efficient, enhancing the patient experience through thoughtful design.
With extensive design experience in both South Korea and the US, Richard brings a broad and international perspective to his work. He holds a BA in Studio Arts from Trinity College and an MArch from the University of Pennsylvania.
