EwingCole is leading the design and preparation of Bridging Documents inclusive of the Design Build RFP for the construction of the new US Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS). Facilities include general instructional and administrative space, dining facility, student barracks, athletic facilities, three NCAA athletic fields, and parking areas. The facility is utilizing the LEED Rating System in all phases of development, but is utilizing the Army Corps of Engineers self-certifying program for integration of environmental design innovations.
