EwingCole designed an 80,000 seat stadium, team and corporate facilities for the New York Football Giants and 500,000 sf of entertainment and retail. The seating bowl featured an atypical layout, locating club and suite amenities to one sideline along with year round facilities for retail, restaurants, banquet, Giants Hall of Fame, all organized around an atrium. In the proposed site development, focusing on a lifestyle retail center, linked the stadium to the adjacent on-site features, including a new transit station and the primary road network serving the complex.
