Ewing Cole

EwingCole was commissioned by a group of private investors to complete a master plan for a 20,000 seat Major League Soccer Venue. The stadium will be used for multiple events including professional lacrosse, concerts and regional sports tournaments. The site development includes residential and commercial towers as well as a marina, restaurant and theater areas. The planning required careful consideration to game day operations in concert with patron access and approach. The open end of the stadium will serve as the stage for concerts. The backdrop is a view of the marina and river.
