In response to new state gaming regulations, Foxwoods Development Corp has selected EwingCole to design a new 350,000 SF casino on Philadelphia’s historic Delaware River waterfront. The first phase of this project will include a 3,000 slot gaming floor, a sports bar, food court, cabaret lounge, showroom, and parking garage, while subsequent phases call for additional dinning, retail, and conferencing facilities as well as a 500 room hotel with a boardwalk style promenade along the riverfront.
