Ewing Cole

Master planning and 125,000 sf of new construction and 30,000 sf of renovations to convert the 339-bed senior care facility to a single room residential and long-term care facility. Programming included reorganization of nursing suites, food service units, and support services. Chiller, boiler, telecommunication, and electrical system upgrades were prevalent throughout the project.
