268,000 sf Renovation of and addition to an existing facility to consolidate the analytical/formulations lab functions, cGMP scale-up plant and warehouse, and administrative functions at one location. Included in the design and engineering plan was a new Central Utility Plant. Special emphasis was placed on the design in order to attract and retain top scientific researchers.
