William McCullough, AIA

Principal, Director of Higher Education Practice

Mr. McCullough’s experience includes programming & planning, design, detailed technical design, and contract document development for unique athletic and recreation facilities, primarily for post-secondary academic institutions. He has extensive experience in development and documentation for spectator and competitive sports projects. Mr. McCullough, a Principal of EwingCole, joined the firm in 1997 and is the director of the firm’s Higher Education practice.


Patrick Brunner, RA

Principal

Mr. Brunner experience encompasses managing and designing projects related to academic facilities and historic campus architecture. His experience also includes work involving renovations of multi-story buildings, historic preservation and rehabilitation, and new construction.


Charles Rudalavage, AIA, LEED AP

Principal

Mr. Rudalavage’s experience is in academic facility planning, design and preparation of construction documents. As an effective communicator, he leads the architectural team and coordinates with all other disciplines in the production of drawings and specifications which fulfill the design concept, exceed the client's expectations, and achieve the firm's goals of design excellence and quality service. His exceptional technical skills have contributed to shaping the built environment on many college campuses. Familiar with trends in Higher Education, Mr. Rudalavage provides pertinent technical support, code research and product investigation to the design team. During the construction phase, he typically attends all construction meetings, reviews submittals, responds to contractor RFIs, and performs site visits and issues written reports. Mr. Rudalavage joined EwingCole in 1997.
