Ewing Cole

Conversion of 435,000 sf within a former industrial building into a new outpatient center. The new facility includes chemotherapy, radiation oncology, ambulatory surgery, radiology, physician practice offices and academic offices. The original building exterior was upgraded to provide an energy efficient envelope. New mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems were installed to allow a phased construction for the project.
