Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian
265,000 sf, 10-story replacement pediatric hospital in New York City. This multiphase project features 138 in-patient beds, a new 50-bassinet NICU, 27-bed PICU, diagnostic testing suite, network transport suite, public lobby with performance space, patient education suites, gift shop, and café. The new hospital also includes a comprehensive rehabilitation floor, including a 20-bed acute care inpatient unit, an outpatient rehab treatment center, pediatric oncology services, Level II pediatric trauma service, pediatric surgical suite, pediatric radiology/CT suite, and Pediatric Cardiac Cath Labs.
