The project consists of the adaptive reuse of Building 9, a 70,440sf, single story warehouse. Building 9 is a contributing element in the NASD, Philadelphia historic district. This project is the part of a BRAC Relocation for the Human Resources Service Center Northeast (HRSC NE) that will accommodate the relocation of approximately 219 employees from their present location at the Bourse Building in downtown Philadelphia. The primary function will be administrative office and support /training space.
