Design for the Phase II C2/CNT East Facility. The C2/CNT community is located in two adjacent buildings, East and West, which comprises almost 800,000 sf of building area The C2 East building is approximately 500,000 sf in area and is populated with components from the following organizations: SEC (Software engineering and research), CERDEC STCD (research laboratories), LRC (logistics) and the PEO C3T (Program executive office). EwingCole worked extensively with the leadership of each organization community to determine the location of all work groups.
