Major renovation of the Byrne US Courthouse and Green Federal Office Building Complex covering two city blocks on the historic Independence Mall. The complex encompasses more than 500,000 sf and houses federal courts and a mix of other Federal Agencies, including administrative areas for Pennsylvania’s two US Senators, the US Marshall, IRS, State Department, and General Services Administration. Features a new cafeteria, conference center, and state-of-the-art teleconferencing suites.
