Unbuilt Ideas:

Leonardo at Library Square

Envisioned as a ‘living room for the city’, The Leonardo programmatically merged science, history and art institutions into a rich and innovative set of experiences. Conceived as a 125,000 SF experience, this adaptive reuse on the main public square, the ‘Leo’ was planned as a flexible platform for ever changing experiences to engage visitors who were seen as active participants who would frequent The Leo. Funding challenges have prevented implementation.
