This new 75,000 sf new and administrative office facility houses three separate tenants - JPEO/JPM Guardian, DTRA, and Brooks City – is being relocated to Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, MD. The project is a Design/Build project which was won by a team with EwingCole as the A/E designer. The project will be submitted to the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for approval which has been identified early on as a critical schedule path item.
